Hi, I’m Selena, a former hospitality pro turned registered dietitian. I’ve helped hundreds of celiacs in private practice and I live this too. I have celiac disease and I eat out on the fly and travel the world gluten free without planning every second. I built the skills to trust myself to stay safe, instead of relying on others. That’s what opened up my gluten free world. Now I can say yes to spontaneous pizza nights, lunch dates, and potlucks. You can too.   • Can I join if I live outside Canada?

    Yes, absolutely. While we teach label reading based on North American standards (Canada and the USA), the rest of the course content applies globally. We've had self-starters from the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and beyond successfully complete the course. It's flexible, fully self-paced, and designed to work no matter where you’re located.

  • How is this different from the Confident Celiac coaching program?

    The self-paced course includes on-demand video lessons and resources for you to follow at your own pace. The coaching program adds weekly support, a community, and mental health access. You can view the supported program here.

  • How much time does it take?

    You only need around 1 hour per week to complete the course in 6 weeks. But because it’s fully self-paced, you’re free to move faster or slower depending on your lifestyle. You’ll have full access for 6 months to revisit the content anytime you need.

  • I’ve already seen a dietitian. Is this still useful?

    I have heard this so many times before. And, although dietitians are amazing (I am one!), it is hard to get the support you desire from a general dietitian at the hospital in one session or one zoom session.
