Yes, absolutely. While we teach label reading based on North American standards (Canada and the USA), the rest of the course content applies globally. We've had self-starters from the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and beyond successfully complete the course. It's flexible, fully self-paced, and designed to work no matter where you’re located.
The self-paced course includes on-demand video lessons and resources for you to follow at your own pace. The coaching program adds weekly support, a community, and mental health access. You can view the supported program here.
You only need around 1 hour per week to complete the course in 6 weeks. But because it’s fully self-paced, you’re free to move faster or slower depending on your lifestyle. You’ll have full access for 6 months to revisit the content anytime you need.
I have heard this so many times before. And, although dietitians are amazing (I am one!), it is hard to get the support you desire from a general dietitian at the hospital in one session or one zoom session. And, it’s exactly why I created this course: to provide you with the practical tools and real life strategies you need to thrive with celiac disease so you can, truly, live the vibrant gluten free social life you deserve!
No. As long as you have internet access, you’re good to go. The course is easy to follow.
